Shortly after
You'll get an onboarding email with a short form: salon info, brand colors, logo, services, hours, and your GoHighLevel account details.
Within 1 business day
All 11 modules are installed in your GoHighLevel account — AI front-desk, chatbot, booking, messaging, reviews, website — and production-tested. SMS modules ship A2P-ready (carrier registration is completed on your own account, or via our VA service).
Brand & train
We brand the website and tune everything to your salon: AI voice and script, services, stylists, booking rules, deposits for color & bridal, and train your team.
Go live
Your site goes live, every channel starts answering, and reminders, no-show recovery, and review requests run automatically.
After launch
You own the snapshot. Optional ongoing GHL VA support keeps your CRM running day-to-day if you want a hand.
What to prepare while we install
A quick checklist so the onboarding form takes 5 minutes instead of 30.
- 1 Confirm your GoHighLevel account is active (we install into it directly)
- 2 Have your logo file ready (PNG / SVG, on a transparent background if possible)
- 3 List your brand colors (hex codes work best)
- 4 Have your salon phone number, email, address, and hours ready
- 5 List your services, durations, and which ones need a deposit (color, bridal)
- 6 For US salons: A2P 10DLC texting registration is separate — complete it in your own account, or let our VA team handle it
Don't worry if you're missing something — the onboarding form has placeholders and we can fill in details together during your customization hours. The faster we have these, though, the faster you're live.

Right after your order
Within 1 business day of when we receive your onboarding form. Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically installed the same day or next business day. Weekend / US holiday orders are delivered the following business day.
Reply to your receipt email and we'll send you a free GHL trial link, plus the plan we recommend. We can also install into a brand-new account during onboarding.
Only if you want to be. Most salons prefer async Loom walkthroughs. If you'd like a kickoff or a training session, that's part of your customization hours and we'll schedule it from the onboarding form.
