Reply to your receipt and we'll send a free trial link plus the plan we recommend. The only ongoing software cost is your GHL subscription, paid directly to GHL.

No. This is done-for-you. We import the snapshot, wire up your calendar and booking rules, register your texting, brand the website, and tune the AI to your salon. You then get dedicated customization hours to adjust voice, services, and booking rules to exactly how you run your chair.
Not from us. The $997 (regularly $1,108) is a one-time payment for the snapshot, the full install, and your customization hours. The only ongoing cost is your own GoHighLevel subscription, which you pay directly to GHL.
GHL bills usage (SMS, AI minutes, phone numbers) at cost through your own wallet — typically a small amount for a single salon. There are no markups from us. We help you set sensible budgets during onboarding so a busy month never surprises you.
Yes. Every form and opt-in includes consent language, and reminders/follow-ups honor STOP and opt-out keywords automatically. For US numbers we file your A2P 10DLC registration for you — the carrier approval that keeps your texts from being filtered as spam. We handle the paperwork; you just provide your business details.
A2P 10DLC is the US carrier registration required to send business texts from a local number. Without it, appointment reminders and confirmations get blocked or marked as spam. We file it on your behalf as part of your install — no extra fee.
Yes. Instagram DM automation and Facebook Messenger automation are two of the eleven modules. When someone messages your salon "do you have Saturday?", the system can reply instantly, answer common questions, and push them to book — so DMs turn into appointments instead of unread notifications.
Reminders go out by text before the appointment. If someone cancels or doesn't show, an automated rebooking flow reaches out to fill the slot — and a separate workflow nudges no-shows back onto the calendar. You can also require a deposit to hold high-value color and bridal appointments.
